PAINT THE SKY

Colors of blue and white,
paint clouds a sky so bright.

Warm colors of orange and white,
paint a sun glimmering with light.
Colors of black and white,
used to paint a sky at night.

Shades of yellow and white,
paint a crescent moon just right.

Sparkles of yellow and white,
paint a starry sky twinkling with light.

I look up above me and I sigh,
God give me a brush to paint the sky.
