A Riddle

What am I?

I'm green and brown
with a touch of yellow
A little guy
a jumping fellow

I live near the water
or on land
And make the funniest
noise I can

I eat all the bugs
I can find
It seems I'm lucky
all the time

You might also call me
very odd
I won't tell my name
but it rhymes with log.
